Morning Exuberance

This sparrow called to me while I was walking on the beach in SF. He threw his head back so enthusiastically in song, I had to capture him in a photo. I think he was reminding me to slow down and enjoy the morning. I need to keep this image in my head, especially upon returning to NYC :)

Hi folks, I am now emerging from the Stone Age into the world of blogging. I just returned from a trip to San Francisco, which is a dog-friendly town, to say the least. Here is a new dog friend I made, seen here walking softly and carrying a very big stick.
